I am a writer, advocate, wellness educator, and nature photographer- guided by faith and a deep commitment to serving others with honesty, compassion, and love.

My life and work have been shaped by motherhood, raising a child with Down syndrome, resilience, and a growing understanding that service doesn't have to be loud to be meaningful. I believe God works powerfully through everyday acts of love, stewardship, and faithfulness- and that how we show up matters.

My Calling
At the heart of everything I do is a desire to honor God by honoring life.
That calling shows up in different ways: through words that encourage, through Down syndrome awareness, through movement that supports strength and longevity, and through photography that reflects the beauty of God's creation.
